Plea for assistance
Our special needs school was damaged during severe weather on New Year’s Eve and we are in desperate need to try and repair the damage that was done.
- Our only jungle gym was damaged and needs to be repaired. We also have another small jungle gym on our wish list.
- What we had managed to do with our gardens was completely washed away in the storm.
We are looking for donations of flowers, pots and plants of any and all kinds to make the gardens a beautiful, calming place for our gorgeous children to be in.
Also on our wishlist is a new set of garden furniture as ours is very brittle and will not last much longer. We would also be so grateful to be able to tar this driveway to make it easier for wheelchairs.
Whizz Kidz Special Needs Centre has been delivering educare for children for 18 years despite the lack of a Government Subsidy. We measure our success by the improvement in children in terms of motoric, cognitive and social development, measured using Independent Education Assessment Program Ratings.
We are constantly looking for funding & sponsorship to assist us in our extortionate running costs in the absence of government subsidies. As we are a registered NPO we are able to provide you with Section 18A receipts for tax purposes, and all our Audited Financial Documents are available upon request.
